Shipping Policy - The Basics
DETAILS AND CONDITIONS
For Manhattan deliveries (same day or next day), the maximum number of sets deliverable for the $10 flat-rate is approximately five sets, or a maximum overall weight of order of 30 lbs. Orders of greater size will be charged an additional $10 per next 5 sets or up to an additional 30 lbs.
we are not liable for any delivery or shipping lateness that may cause the item to arrive late for Sukkot. We will communicate with the customer before shipping out or delivering if there is any risk of an item not arriving on time.
Please verify your products upon receipt to ascertain that they are not damaged. If a product has been damaged and rendered invalid (Halachically) we will do our best to replace the product. We are committed to exceeding the expectations of every client and providing the best service possible. We reserve the right, however, to not replace an item if we deem that it has been tampered with or if has not been damaged but not found favor in the customers eyes.
